UBC : Ultimate Bodyshaping Course
What is UBC?
The Ultimate Bodyshaping Course combines cardio kickboxing, resistance training, flexibility and a sound nutritional program to get you in the best shape of your life. The course is only 10 weeks. Practically anybody can stay focused on fitness for at least 10 weeks. But, the real reason UBC is so successful is the people involved. When you start the UBC you are not doing it alone; up to 50 other participants that are going on the same fitness journey.
You are assigned a coach who understands where you are coming from because they have been there themselves. Coaches are people who have finished the course, had great results and are volunteering to help you achieve the same goals. This is only one of the many unique aspects of the UBC. These coaches help guide you through your fully illustrated workbook, which includes three complete fitness evaluations. Your coaches also help you set goals and stay motivated. Plus you have awesome certified instructors who lead you in kickboxing, strength and conditioning classes. The creator of the UBC, Jim Graden, a former World Kickboxing Champion, designed the classes in a way that anybody can participate. Young, old, fat or skinny. Anybody can experience amazing success in the UBC!!

No more boring treadmill time! You’ll have a blast taking out all of your stress & tension on the boxing bag, while building muscle, increasing flexibility & rocking out to some great music.
Strength Training will turn you into a lean, mean, fat-burning machine!
Its true, having more muscle increases your metabolism and your stamina. Exercises using resistance bands with varying difficulty are designed so that everyone from couch potato to marathon runner will be able to keep up and see major results.
A nutrition program that is easy to digest.
No expensive packaged meals to purchase or calories to count. Program guidelines help you lose the pounds and the “diet means sacrifice” attitude. Its all about making healthier choices MOST of the time.

UBC coaches understand your challenges because they have all been through the program themselves. Your coach will keep you accountable and on target to reach your goals. In addition, the camaraderie of your newfound UBC friends will keep you inspired and looking forward to coming to class.
Healthy competition with a chance to win cash & prizes.
UBCers are divided into teams that will compete in challenges throughout the 10 week program. At the end of the 10 weeks there is an awards dinner where winning teams are recognized and individual cash & prizes are awarded. All UBC participants have the opportunity to enter in the national UBC competition and win a fabulous cruise vacation.
